Candace Little is a family law attorney practicing primarily in the metropolitan Atlanta area. She is the CEO and managing attorney at Smith & Little, P.C., a boutique law office specializing in contested divorces, custody modifications, and paternity suits. With a passion for reuniting families and a fervent hope to give her clients a “life after divorce,” Candace approaches each of her cases from a Biblical perspective and with the client’s legal and emotional needs in mind.
Candace graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. Candace recently completed her certification to become a certified divorce coach, and is an advocate for wellness during divorce and other court proceedings.
Candace is also a member of Victory Church, and a loving Soror to the accomplished women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. As a wife and mother herself, Candace enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon and their children Braxton and Brooke.
